A Curated Room, Not an Open Door

Every woman in Yacht Club was chosen, not just accepted. We look at what she's built and, just as closely, how she shows up for the women beside her. A room only holds its value when everyone inside it adds to it.

That's also why every six months, you're placed into a pod of six or seven founders. And your voice gets real time on every call, not two minutes lost in a group trying to hold hundreds.

  • Yacht Club is designed for women founders doing $300K–$3M who value peer-level strategy, real relationships, and in-person experiences. If you're doing serious revenue with a small team and ready to stop solving everything alone, this is your room.

  • Life happens. Most women who join Yacht Club can't make every retreat — and they join anyway, because the community is the point and the retreats are where it becomes extraordinary.

    If you can't attend one, your spot in the program and the momentum you're building don't go anywhere. And most women find they rearrange their calendars once they realize the magic of our in-person experiences.

  • Your membership covers the curated programming and access. You’ll be responsible for your travel and lodging.

  • Yacht Club On Shore Retreats are two-day getaways in gorgeous coastal, land-locked settings. We focus on learning, co-working, and deepening friendships. Some meals are included. These are free for all current Yacht Club members.

    Yacht Club Retreats are luxury, on-water experiences—with coaching, rituals, celebration, and reflection on the agenda. Meals included. These are an optional upgrade.

    Both retreats include lots of surprises and intentionally curated agendas.

  • If you choose monthly payments, your first payment holds your seat.

    Remaining monthly payments take place every 30 days. This is a payment plan for your year-long program investment.

  • Who says you can only be in one mastermind at a time? We’ve priced Yacht Club intentionally to support you long-term, through different seasons.

    Part strategy, part sanctuary. We chase 74* weather and sunshine. And we invite you to join the crew for less than $5,000/year.

  • Choose the Captain Bespoke Yacht Club upgrade if you want monthly coaching with Tiffany for the year.

    You can upgrade into this at any point assuming there is an opening. This is limited to 8 women per year.

    Otherwise, you’ll get support directly from Tiffany during the monthly group coaching calls and the quarterly all-hands-on-deck crew calls.

  • Enrollment is a binding 12-month commitment. We don’t offer refunds or pauses to protect the integrity of the group and the outcomes you’re investing in—for yourself and the women beside you.

    We are only accepting 30-40 women, so our hope is that you’ll truly honor your seat at the table and take advantage of the opportunities that arise over the course of the year.
